Just 2 km from Baugé, a charming village renowned for its rich heritage, including its château and apothecary’s shop, discover this holiday cottage, ideal for a stay with family or friends.

The property comprises two separate, detached houses, offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and privacy for everyone.

The ‘Gîte du Champs de la Vigne’ (100 m²) features, on the ground floor, a large kitchen-diner seating six, a lounge with a fireplace and television, and a spacious dining area that can accommodate up to 14 people. Upstairs, accessed via an external staircase, there are two double bedrooms with 140 cm beds and a bathroom with a bath and toilet.

The ‘Maison des enfants’ (94 m²) comprises, on the ground floor, a large bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a separate toilet, and a living area with a fitted kitchen and a lounge with a television opening onto a south-facing terrace. Upstairs: a large dormitory-style bedroom with six single beds and a washbasin, a double bedroom with a washbasin, a small shower room (1 m²) and a separate toilet.

The 4,500 m² landscaped garden with trees allows you to make the most of the outdoors: dining on the terrace with a large garden furniture set and a fire pit, and a lawned area for football, badminton and outdoor games. Indoor, secure swimming pool heated to 25 °C, open from May to October (4 x 10 m, maximum depth 2 m).

For a moment of relaxation, enjoy the optional wood-fired Nordic spa for 8 to 10 people. Set in a calm and soothing environment, it promises convivial evenings under the stars and a genuine wellness retreat, come summer or winter.
Prices: €200 for 2 days, €250 for 3 days, €300 for 4 days and €350 for 5 to 7 days. Firewood provided.

Uncovered on-site car park (6 to 7 spaces in the courtyard and 2 outside). Fibre-optic Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels available to hire (advance booking required via reception): €5 per towel; €12 per single bed and €15 per double bed. Electricity, heating and end-of-stay cleaning included (excluding washing-up and rubbish disposal).
