It comprises a living room/kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and an armchair, and a shower room with toilet. There is a paved terrace (separated from the owner's terrace by a rolling screen). A shared garden of around 1000m² is also available (swing, deckchair, barbecue). Extra charge:
