15 minutes from Angers, come and stay in this restored 16th-century farmhouse, situated opposite the Château du Plessis Macé and at the foot of the church, also dating from the 15th century.

On the ground floor, you'll find a large 40m² living room with a dining area, a sitting room with a sofa and two sofas. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. These two rooms provide access to the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. This shaded area is reserved for the exclusive use of tenants.

A first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed (or 2 x 80cm beds) is located on the ground floor, adjoining the shower room equipped with a shower and double basins. Separate WC.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 beds 120x190cm, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90x190cm, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm. A cot and high chair are available, as well as an 80x190cm extra bed on the landing. The upstairs bathroom has a bath, washbasin and WC.

The garden is enclosed by fencing, hedges or a wall.

For stays of more than 7 nights, additional nights will be charged at 1/7th of the weekly rate. The fireplace is not operational. Parking available for one vehicle on the property. Public parking spaces available in the street free of charge.

Wifi internet connection is included in the price. Pets are welcome.
