Situated 45 minutes from Angers and 1 hour from Nantes, this renovated former medical centre welcomes you for a stay with family or friends.

With a surface area of 200m², this large gite for 8 people has 4 bedrooms:
- the first with two 90cm single beds that can be brought together to form a large double bed
- the second with two bunk beds
- the third with a 140cm double bed and direct access to the terrace
- the fourth with two 90cm single beds and direct access to the terrace

The gîte has a bathroom with bath, a shower room and two separate WCs.

The kitchen is fully equipped: large hob with 6 gas rings, 2 electric rings, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with water dispenser, coffee machine, oven, kettle, toaster, etc.

Enjoy spacious, light-filled living areas thanks to the large bay windows: the dining room for your meals and the lounge with sofas, television, DVD, table football and games table (the fireplace is not operational). For outdoor meals, the terrace is accessible from the living areas.

The road to Beaupréau-en-Mauges passes right next to the gîte. You can park several vehicles in the gravel courtyard or play a game of pétanque.

There's also a gym with a weight bench, indoor bike and treadmill, a laundry room with washing machine and a children's playroom (books, games, etc.).

Located in the centre of Le Pin-en-Mauges, shops and amenities are within easy reach, including a bakery, chemist, supermarket and hairdresser.

The banks of the Loire are just 15 minutes away! Visit the typical villages along the Loire: Montjean-sur-Loire, Chalonnes-sur-Loire, etc. on foot, by bike or in a traditional boat.

From St Florent le Vieil, you can set off on the Loire Valley wine trail, where you can admire exceptional views and discover the Anjou, Muscadet and Coteaux d'Ancenis appellations, including the famous Malvoisie, on your way to the "Rencontre des Vignerons".

The town of Clisson, "Little Italy of the Pays de La Loire" and the Puy du Fou park are just 45 minutes from this holiday rental in Maine et Loire.
