Le Paddock

The Gîte du Paddock is a calm and peaceful accommodation located near Le Mans, the spirit of motor sports will charm the enthusiasts but also all travellers.
The gîte has a private swimming pool, heated from mid-May to mid-September, a terrace and a view of the pool. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with lounge area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area overlooking the terrace and pool. 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room and wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room and wc. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room and wc. Mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2 people.
Additional 2 person sofa bed in the ground floor lounge.
In total: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs.

You are 23 km from the Circuit du Mans and 16 km from the Mansgolfier Golf Club.
Motor sports enthusiasts and other travellers can have a view directly onto their mounts inside the PADDOCK (sports cars, motorbikes, equestrian sports and others...). Equipped with conference systems, they will be able to hold intelligent and effective meetings or enjoy concerts and films on the big screen, and finally they will be able to take advantage of a relaxation area with swimming pool and summer kitchen. Gym on request: elliptical bike, treadmill, vibration platform.
