Recently restored with their own gardens and parking, we are pleased to offer you our 2 gîtes, in an old family farmhouse. They can be rented separately or together, depending on your requirements. Each gîte has its own outdoor space and private parking.
When the gîtes were renovated in August 2024, we opted for French-made, luxury hotel-style bedding and antique furniture to create a cosy atmosphere.
A warm welcome!
The gîte is in an old farmhouse 3km from the village of Moulins-le-Carbonnel. It is located on the first floor of an old restored building surrounded by green spaces: landscaped gardens, private terraces and a pond make up the landscape of the property, which covers a total area of 4,220 m2. Other dwellings live alongside the gîte.
This new house (6 to 8 people) can be rented on its own or in conjunction with La Bergerie (10 to 14 people). If you're having family get-togethers, or parties with friends, this is the ideal place to get together while still having plenty of space.
Access via a staircase to the 1st level of the gîte: large independent living room with sofa bed and TV. Shower room with basin and Italian shower, WC. Large fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with fireplace. Staircase leading to the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 single beds (80cm) that can be combined to form a double bed (160cm). 1 shower room with basin, shower and 1 WC. Mezzanine with sofa that can be used as a single bed. Separate WC. Access to the gîte via a private path and private outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue. Beds made on arrival and heating included.
Everything has been designed to make you feel like you're in a cosy cocoon: the communal areas are large, and you can also get away from it all to enjoy a moment of independence with your favourite book!
