Stay in an old windmill that has been completely renovated: an exceptional heritage dating from before the Vendée wars, representative of the region where there were many windmills. Located near the Loire between Nantes and Angers.

Atypical but very comfortable! Spacious, airy 170m² house with 3 bedrooms, the entire ground floor of which is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Close to Ancenis, you can admire the Loire River and go for walks, bike rides or boat trips. Champtoceaux, the neighbouring town, is reputed to have the most beautiful panoramic views of the Loire.

[THE GITE]
On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living area of 75m² with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room with television. The mill tower and its 5 levels are accessible from the inside: a small living room on the ground floor, an extra bed measuring 180cm x 120cm, a toilet, a beautiful view over the countryside, the Loire and the Château de la Turmellière on the 4th level and on the top floor a glass opening allows you to contemplate the new roof structure.

The ground floor comprises a suite with full PRM access: bedroom with 140x190cm bed, shower room with shower and vanity unit and a large separate toilet.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 80x200cm beds that can be combined or separated. On the mezzanine, a pull-out bed can accommodate one or two people (2 beds 90x190cm).

The two upstairs bedrooms share 1 shower room with large shower, washbasin and toilet.

[OUTSIDE]
Enclosed garden, terrace with lounge, dining table, sun loungers, parasol, large gas barbecue. SPA for 6 under cover.


[VISITS AND OUTINGS]
You are 50 minutes from Angers, 40 minutes from Nantes and less than 10 minutes from Ancenis. The Loire cycle route is 10 minutes away. Visit the small town of Clisson, famous for Hellfest and its Italian-style architecture, 40 minutes away, and Boissière du Doré Zoo less than 15 minutes away.

Possible price without SPA: -70€ per week. 1 pet accepted on request. 4 private parking spaces. For families: folding bed, high chair, potty and changing table. Wifi internet connection. Garage for bikes or motorbikes. Bed linen provided and beds made.
