Former mill backing onto the Château de Courmenant (12th century), in the heart of a vast property (7000 m²) crossed by the river 'La Vègre' which drives the mill wheel.
This is an ideal gîte for fishing enthusiasts, as it is classed as a 2nd category river where you can fish all year round for white fish such as perch, roach and gudgeon, as well as pike and zander.
As well as pike and zander from the end of April to the end of January the following year.
Enclosed garden with trees and flowers of 1000 m² with terrace and portico.
