Make yourself at home in a magnificent neoclassical building dating from the end of the XVIIIᵉ century, ideally located on Place de la Bilange, just 150 metres from the Loire and the Grand Théâtre. Here you are in the lively historic heart of Saumur, an emblematic town on the banks of the Loire, easily accessible by train and particularly lively in season.

The flat, located on the first floor and accessed by a monumental staircase, immediately sets the tone: charm, elegance and character. The spacious entrance hall opens onto a cosy living room with a corner sofa and a large Smart TV (and Orange TV) screen, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The fully-equipped designer kitchen with its beautiful wooden table overlooks an inner courtyard, providing peace and light. The sleeping area comprises two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 160×200 cm double bed, perfect for one or two couples or a small family (sofa bed in the smaller bedroom). One of the bedrooms overlooks the inner courtyard, which is particularly peaceful. Between the two, a modern shower room with a large shower and vanity unit, as well as a separate toilet, provide comfort and privacy.

At the foot of the building, shops, services, cafés and restaurants allow you to experience Saumur to the full, on foot, as you stroll through the ancient cobbled streets. The location is also ideal for the Anjou Vélo Vintage event, whose festive atmosphere brings the whole town to life.
