Right in the centre of Montreuil-Bellay, a small town full of character, enjoy this air-conditioned triplex for 8 people with a lovely outdoor area. Listed as a Remarkable Building, this bright 1900 town house, decorated with the owner's paintings, is a stone's throw from the château and restaurants.

Ideally located 50m from the shops (bakery, butcher's, tobacconist's, newsagent's, restaurants, etc.) and the most beautiful tourist sites in Anjou: Saumur and its Cadre Noir 15 km away, Fontevraud Abbey 19 km away, Château de Brézé 10 km away, Doué en Anjou 12 km away, etc.

1st floor: convivial lounge with table football, sofa, television and wood-burning stove, dining room with direct access to the fully-equipped kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, fridge, washing machine, etc.), separate WC.

On the 2nd floor, three beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms: the first and second bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed, share a shower room with Italian-style shower, double washbasin and WC. The third bedroom, with 2 beds 140x190cm, has its own en suite shower room and WC.
