Le Colombier des Sentis

Welcome to the Gîte "Le Colombier des Sentis", a superb holiday rental for 6 people nestled in a remarkable and superbly landscaped setting. This former dovecote, completely renovated in 2021, welcomes you all year round.

Stay in this gîte in a remarkable setting typical of the Anjou region, with its small cellars dug into the cliffs of falun!

Situated in a cul-de-sac in Gennes, a typical village on the banks of the Loire between Saumur and Angers, this former Anjou dovecote, completely renovated in 2021, has a living room with a sitting area (sofa, armchairs, television), a mezzanine and a dining area with direct access to the terrace. The 4.5m² attic mezzanine has a 140cm double bed.

The gîte is entirely on one level, with two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (160x200cm) and the second with two single beds (90x190cm). The shower room and WC are separate.

The fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, etc.) also has direct access to the terrace, making it ideal for outdoor meals.

Garden furniture, armchairs and a barbecue are all at your disposal. Take advantage of your stay to relax and contemplate the exceptional setting offered by the gîte on the edge of a hillside.

During your stay in Maine-et-Loire, discover the different wines of the Anjou region (Saumur Champigny, Coteaux du Layon, Crémant de Loire, etc.), admire the Loire landscapes by bike on the Loire à Vélo circuit, take a gabare trip on the Loire or visit the many châteaux of the Loire Valley and the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud.

Heating and electric vehicle recharging are not included.

This holiday rental accepts 1 dog free of charge and you can park your vehicle in the gîte's enclosed courtyard.

The gîte has very good telephone reception and a Wi-Fi Internet connection.
