This house, completely renovated in 2020, with exposed stonework, bricks, beams and wooden staircase, is modern, contemporary and pleasant to live in.

In the gîte, enjoy a spacious 75 m² living room with a large fully-equipped kitchen (filter and Senséo coffee maker, raclette, pierrade and fondue machines), large dining table, large lounge with armchairs, sofas and flat-screen TV (various adult and children's board games available).

The ground floor also features a shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and laundry area. There is a separate toilet.

Upstairs, the landing leads to the 4 bedrooms, the shower room with two basins and walk-in shower and the separate toilet. The light-filled bedrooms all have parquet floors and ample storage space.

The sheep and goats will delight the children! The village centre with its many shops is 1.7 km away. The station is 1 km away.

Situated 30 minutes from Angers and Cholet, this accommodation in Maine-et-Loire is the ideal base for exploring the Anjou region. Take the opportunity to visit the Camifolia Gardens in Chemillé, the Oriental Park in Maulévrier, "L'autre Usine", a large entertainment area in Cholet... And why not make a stopover at the Puy du Fou, just 40 minutes from the gîte.
