Due to its location, you will be able to do without your car and take advantage of the many cycle paths: dune beach 900 meters away, near the city center, as well as 5 markets per week in St Gilles Croix de Vie.

The house.
It is perfectly equipped with a main room of 45 m2, a kitchen area with oven, dishwasher, microwawe, fridge-freezer, a lounge aréa with 2 sofas and a flat screen. You have at your disposal 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom, separate wc, and the washing machine in the garage. Outside, you will have a barbecue and two deckchairs.
sheets and towels are provided on requiest with a supplement of 80 euros.
Animals not accepted, rental from saturday to saturday.
