La Roseraie

Ideally located just 10 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and 30 minutes from the 24 Hours race circuit, La Roseraie has been designed as a large family home for moments of conviviality and relaxation, and is fully equipped.
It can accommodate up to 10 people. The large landscaped garden, overlooking the Loir and the rose bushes, is enclosed and ideal for relaxing. There is a swimming pool with a 10m x 3.5m lap pool, heated from mid-May to mid-September.
Ground floor: large entrance hall, living room with fireplace, TV, separate dining room for family meals, fully equipped kitchen, utility room. 1 bathroom (bath and shower), 1 separate WC. A winter lounge where you can contemplate the loir and the garden.
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms. 1 large dormitory bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), 1 small annexe bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm) (bedroom used as a passage to the dormitory), 2 bedrooms each with 1 single bed (140cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (160cm). Bathroom and WC.

Facilities: fridge/freezer, hob (4 gas rings), oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer - fireplace, crockery, food processor and household equipment, television, Internet access and WiFi.
Towels for hire: €5 per person.

Terrace, barbecue, garden furniture

Outside: several parking spaces in the small square in front of the gîte.

Only one pet allowed per stay. Deposit of €100 required.

A cleaning charge of 150€ is compulsory.

Weekend rental: arrival on Friday from 6.00 pm and departure on Sunday between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm.
