La Petite Maison is ideally located 4km from the A81 (Rennes/Le Mans) exit, in unspoilt countryside. You will enjoy very comfortable accommodation with a large living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. Outside, you have a lovely terrace adjoining the house, a garden with large trees and a small pond. Ideal for observing nature, birds, squirrels... in summer, you have access to the large family swimming pool (5m x 10m, depth 1.10).
On the property, you'll also find goats, chickens and a pony...
Bonus: the entire ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility (no steps, plenty of space to move around), with a double bedroom, large shower room and toilet.
Shops are in the heart of the village, just 4km from the gîte (bakery, butcher's, restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.).
For your outings and discoveries, you'll love the medieval town of Sainte-Suzanne, listed as a "Beau village de France" and a "Cité de caractère" (14km), built on a rocky outcrop and ideal for walking. Don't miss Saulges and its valley of caves, with its hiking, climbing, restaurant and prehistory museum.

There are two Border collie dogs on the property (trained, sociable dogs used to children).

Swimming pool shared with the owners - Access times 3pm-5pm (mornings reserved for maintenance). Open June, July and August, unheated pool.

Weekend stay: from Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm
From 3 to 7 nights: arrival 5pm - departure 10am
