First floor: large lounge: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), 1 shower room (large Italian shower) with WC.
Heating: pellet stove in the living room and electric radiators.
Towel dryer in the shower rooms.
Outside: enclosed wooded grounds with semi-enclosed courtyard for summer meals.
Optional cleaning package, extra charge: 120 euros and automatic if cleaning is not carried out correctly.
