La Marcheboire

Enjoy this peaceful gîte just a short walk from the GR3, which runs along the Loire from its source to the estuary.

Between Angers and Nantes, come and stay in this gîte 5 km from the banks of the Loire. In a peaceful setting in the countryside, this 135m² holiday rental is located on the GR3 footpath (Chemin de Grande Randonnée des bords de Loire) and cycle route.

Inside, you'll find a living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for two people, a television and a dining area. A corridor leads to a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed, a second bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds, and a separate toilet.

Down 2 steps from the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher and freezer are in the utility room). Shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. Second separate toilet.

A large storage room with access to the outside is ideal for storing your bikes and other sports equipment. Then you come to the last room: a pretty conservatory with a beautiful view over the fields and the small wood.

Outside, there is a lawn area of over 200m² with sun loungers. You'll also have garden furniture with a parasol and barbecue to enjoy the view over the countryside. The ideal place to relax.

There are plenty of activities available in the surrounding area: boat trips on the Loire, hiking, cycling on the Loire à Vélo route, etc. The owners, who live on site, will be delighted to give you information about the activities and outings you can enjoy during your stay. You will be located next to the owners' farm.

You can also take advantage of your stay to visit the charming villages on the banks of the Loire: Ancenis is 25 minutes away, Chalonnes-sur-Loire and Ingrandes are 20 minutes away, Montjean-sur-Loire is 15 minutes away and Saint Florent le Viel, with its shops, is 10 minutes away.
