Come and stay in this gîte on the banks of the River Evre, just 15 minutes from the banks of the Loire: a great place for slow tourism enthusiasts, where you'll be lulled by the flow of the river.

Halfway between Angers and Nantes, you can easily discover the many sites in the region: Angers, its castle and the Terra Botanica plant park, the Doué Biopark, the Puy du Fou, the Oriental Park at Maulévrier, Clisson, the Machines de Nantes... All less than an hour from the gîte! Or perhaps you'd like a seaside getaway: Pornic and La Baule are just 1? hours from the gîte.

The 60m² gîte comprises
- a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (gas hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), dining area and sitting area with fireplace and flat-screen TV with international channels
- one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm)
- a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm)
- a bathroom with spacious shower and separate toilet

There is a large basement with a private washing machine where you can park your car or bikes, store your fishing gear or play darts.

For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and wood is provided for the fireplace. The gîte is pleasant all year round (double glazing, VMC and low-temperature underfloor heating). In summer, you will appreciate the coolness of the house.

To make the most of the bucolic setting of this riverside gîte, outdoor games (molky, badminton), garden furniture with barbecue and deckchairs are available.

You can fish for carp, pike, tench or eels in complete peace and quiet thanks to the riverside access.

Take advantage of the wide range of activities available near the gîte (hiking, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, cycling, golf, etc.) and sample the local produce (Muscadet, Anjou, Coteaux du Layon, etc.).

The village of Montrevault and its bakery are 500m from the gîte, and the supermarket is 2.5km away.

Wifi internet connection is limited in certain areas of the gîte. Baby chair and cot provided on request.
To ensure maximum safety, we use a UVC lamp between each rental to disinfect the air and surfaces and eliminate any bacteria and viruses.
