Between Angers and Le Mans, enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming country gîte where you can relax in the landscaped garden with two terraces, so you can enjoy the sun whatever the time of day! Enclosed garden ideal for children, with slide/swing and views of the horses.

The Sarthe will delight anglers (pike, pike-perch, perch and roach) but is also the ideal place for water sports (canoeing, paddle-boating, pedal-boating, etc.) at the Morannes leisure centre, 3.5km from the gîte. Take a river cruise on "La Gogane" to discover the cultural and natural heritage of the Basses Vallées Angevines.

For your visits: Angers, a city of art and history 40 minutes away, numerous châteaux (Angers, Le Plessis-Bourré, Durtal, Montgeoffroy, etc.), Sablé-sur-Sarthe and its famous biscuit factories 20 minutes away, the Benedictine Abbey of Saint-Pierre de Solesmes 20 minutes away, the zoos of La Flèche and Doué La Fontaine, Le Refuge de l'Arche and the Terra Botanica theme park. You'll also be 1 hour from Saumur and its troglodyte caves and the Le Mans 24-hour race circuit.

The gîte comprises on the ground floor
- living room with television, wood-burning stove for cosy evenings by the fire and sofa bed
- fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, etc.) and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
- separate WC
- bedroom with double bed (140x190cm)

Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom with terracotta floor, a 140x190cm bed and a bathroom with bath and WC (curtain between bathroom and mezzanine).

All you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay: the beds are made on arrival, towels are provided and the end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Numerous services in Morannes, 3km away: bakery, butcher's shop, grocer's 7/7, market on Thursdays, restaurant, SNCF station - Possibility of parking 2 vehicles in the enclosed courtyard and enclosed bicycle shed available - Wifi internet connection - Baby equipment: cot and booster seat.
