La Dolinière" gîte in Jarzé, with swimming pool in a green setting with panoramic views of the countryside and horses.

Situated 25 minutes from Angers and 10 minutes from the A11 motorway exit on the Paris/Nantes route, come and enjoy a green and relaxing setting with a view of the horses, ideal for enjoying the fresh air of the countryside: large landscaped garden, lovely wooden terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, chiliennes, etc. In summer, the swimming pool, shared with the owners, will delight young and old alike (unheated, 11m x 5m, depth: 1m to 2.20m).

The gîte is entirely on one level and comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), a dining area and a lounge with sofa, armchairs and television. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190cm) and the second has three single beds (90x190cm). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC.

The owners live on site and will be delighted to share their tips for exploring the surrounding area. The nearest shops are 2 km away (bakery, chemist, etc.) and the town of Baugé en Anjou is 10 km away (supermarket, restaurants, etc.).

La Flèche Zoo is 20 minutes from the gîte. Would you like to take advantage of the many tourist attractions in Maine et Loire? You can reach the banks of the Loire in 25 minutes, and Saumur and the famous Cadre Noir are 40 minutes away.

For a stay with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided on request.
