La Chanterie
Welcome to the Gîte de la Chanterie!
Just 20 minutes from Le Mans town centre and set in a 17th-century property, this small gîte, close to the owners' house, is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, in a light-filled setting.
Inside the newly refurbished gîte, there is a living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

- 1 dishwasher
- 1 fridge with small freezer compartment,
- 1 microwave and grill
- 1 Senseo coffee machine
- 1 iron with small ironing board...
Flat-screen TV.
On the night side, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
A third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
It is not possible to add a fourth person to the gîte.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
The gîte is equipped with external shutters in the bedroom and an electric shutter on the bay window.
Outside, you can enjoy a sunny terrace and a small private garden.
Deckchairs and a barbecue are available throughout your stay.
Parking is available close to your accommodation.
Bed made up on arrival, towels and bathroom mat provided.
A €50 cleaning charge is compulsory for professionals.
