La Borderie du Peuble

The Marais Girard beach is 3.5 km away. The gîte is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the hamlet of Peuble. It is set in a traditional Vendée house adjoining an old barn on a 900 m² property. There are 2 enclosed outdoor areas. Garden: terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Poolside: terrace with lounge area. The private swimming pool is heated and open from May to September. The cycle path is nearby. You'll be surprised by the ambience of the living room, a blend of modernity and vintage, and by its size. The gîte comprises a large living room/lounge/kitchen, 2 WCs and 4 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160cm) and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (80cm). The 2 twin-bedded rooms have sloping ceilings (1.60 m at the lowest point), with access via a step. One of the bedrooms with a 160cm bed is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Wifi internet access. There is a laundry room and a storage room outside. Near the swimming pool, an outdoor shower and toilet.
