Surrounded by 70 hectares of wetlands classified as a Sensitive Natural Area, this secluded house offers a privileged setting for getting together, sharing and enjoying a unique environment.
Perfect for holidays with family or friends, this gîte can accommodate up to 11 people. You'll find all the comforts you need: a large shaded terrace under a pergola, a panoramic terrace overlooking the marsh and a relaxation area with jacuzzi and sauna.
Depending on the season, nature activities are organised on site to help you discover the flora and fauna and the workings of this remarkable ecosystem.
Just a few minutes away, you can visit the Île Chauvet Abbey or take a stroll around the typical little harbours in the area. Further afield, the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts and La Bernerie-en-Retz, the island of Noirmoutier and its famous Gois Passage invite you to discover and relax.
On the ground floor, this renovated house has a laundry room, a lounge/kitchen with a dart board and a veranda with an exceptional view over the marshes (binoculars available for wildlife observation). A corridor leads to the first two bedrooms (each with a 160cm bed), a shower room, a WC (access via 1 step) and a relaxation area. This room leads to a wellness area with shower, sauna and 4-seater spa and a second separate WC, as well as a third bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) and its annexe (2 x 80cm beds). Upstairs, you'll find a final bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room and WC.
Outside, you will find enclosed grounds with a partially shaded terrace (garden furniture, chilian chairs, gas hob) and a second terrace on the first floor from which you can observe the surrounding countryside. To preserve biodiversity, the natural meadows are not accessible.
The accommodation is located on a site with meadows where cows graze for part of the year. You may come across the site manager when he is monitoring the fauna and flora.
Heating, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels included.

A €100 cleaning deposit cheque will be requested on site.
