Presentation of: Gite - Le Cardoue
Situated in the Vendée bocage, in the Chantonnay countryside, in a peaceful setting, Le Cardoué welcomes you all year round and offers a gîte for 4-6 people.
The gîte is less than 10 minutes from Chantonnay town centre, where you'll find restaurants, shops, tourist office, banks, SNCF train station and the Touchegray leisure centre (swimming, canoeing).
The Puy du Fou is around 35 minutes from our establishment.
You can take advantage of the various walking and cycling routes.
In the commune of Chantonnay, there are a number of events: The 4-day Chantonnay Vendée walk during the Ascension weekend, the Champ du Loup Trail in April, and the mountain bike and cycle tour in November.
You will be staying 44 km from Vendespace, 34 km from Natur'Zoo, 43 km from Golf Bluegreen La Domangère, and the Abbeys of Maillezais and Nieul sur L'autise.
We are around 1 hour from the beaches of the Vendée, La Venise verte and La Rochelle.
The accommodation is shared with the guest rooms and the owners. You have your own entrance and outside space with garden table and chairs.
The gîte comprises two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190), a shower room, a lounge with a sofa bed, coffee table and board games, a dining area and a kitchen area with a fridge, a combined oven and microwave, a kettle, a Senseo coffee machine, an induction hob, a fire and all the necessary utensils.
Le Cardoué provides free baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub, toilet seat reducer), ironing board and iron, hair straightener and hairdryer.
An outdoor games area is available for the guest rooms and gîte (darts, shuffleboard, pétanque, molky).
On-site parking and bicycle storage are available.
The establishment has a free wifi connection.
Bed linen is included and beds are made on arrival.
Towels and beach towels can be hired.
We also offer a cleaning service.
Tourist tax is payable on arrival.
