- fully-equipped kitchen: microwave, gas stove, filter and SENSEO coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and small appliances including cookeo.
- Separate WC, laundry: washing machine, tumble dryer.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 3 beds 90x190, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140x190 in each)
-Bathroom with bath, 1 washbasin and toilet.
Outside: semi-enclosed garden with barbecue, table and lounge, deckchair, adjoining gravelled courtyard and lush grounds. Bike shed, outdoor games.
Additional equipment: cot, baby bath and high chair. Housekeeping package and possibility of renting bath and bed linen.
Not included: bathroom linen, household linen (possibility of rental: sheets €5/pair and towels €5/person), tourist tax, cleaning package €70.
Possibility of renting with another gîte nearby (approx. 1 km) sleeping 12 (45m2 living area).
