Gîte La Plage

The gîte is located 50 m from the central beach. You have sea views from every room. There are 2 large terraces on the 1st floor: one on the sea side (60 m²) with garden furniture and a lounge, and the other on the forest side (30 m²) with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is a 70 m² enclosed courtyard with a covered area on the ground floor, where you can park your car. The 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, all with sea views and balconies.
The town centre and all its shops are 800 m away, with the bakery 300 m away. Saint Jean-de-Monts, Ile de Noirmoutier 10 km. Cycle path through the forest. Internet connection available via air box 4G. The gîte is a new house on 3 levels. Ground floor: utility room with shower and washbasin, wc. 1st floor: large lounge/kitchen, wc. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160) (2 twin beds 90) (2 twin beds 90), shower room, bathroom, wc. Wifi internet access. Electric heating: underfloor on 1st floor, convector heaters on 2nd floor. Heating included. Towels and sheets provided, beds made. Option: End-of-stay cleaning: €100/stay.
