La Forge is situated in a small hamlet approximately 1 mile out of the village on the borders of Normandy, Brittany and Pays de la Loire. The Bar is English speaking who serve French and English food. Local towns have Bars/restaurants that serve the Plats de Jour at very reasonable prices from their menu.

Day trips out to Le Mans 1.5hrs away. The famous Le Mont St Michel to visit, WW11 museums and beaches for some day trips out. Visit the coasts to experience the oyster catching which are supplied to all parts of the world.
