On site, everything is designed and equipped to ensure that no-one, young or old, will be bored. There's a long list of activities to keep you entertained: Outside, beautiful landscaped garden, play structure with swings, trampoline, basketball hoop, large heated indoor swimming pool accessible from March to November, heated and secure (dimensions 5 x 10m / depth 1.10 to 2 m). Retractable dome roof, numerous relaxation and dining areas. Inside, there's a big screen, home cinema, Playstation, a collection of DVDs, a Netflix account, a Game Room with a pool table that can be turned into air hockey or table tennis, an arcade, pinball machines (old and new generation), karaoke equipment, etc. Don't worry, some of you won't want to leave!

On the ground floor with 95m² of living space: Large living room with king-size sofa and functional wood-burning stove, kitchen with a range of top-of-the-range equipment to vary the pleasures of your meals: raclettes, crêpes, fondue, plancha, candyfloss, beer taps... - Veranda with panoramic garden views.

The centre of the village of Daumeray is 800 metres away, where you'll find a bakery, a mini-market with a butcher and delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. Canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding on the Loir and Sarthe rivers are a 10-minute drive away, or take a cruise on board the "LA GOGANE" boat on the Sarthe. Le Mans 24-hour race circuit 50 minutes away. Espace Air Passion" aviation museum 20 minutes away. Unenclosed plot, no neighbours.
