Magnificent, detached family gîte with very large rooms and a private garden. Enjoy natural, ecological swimming in an exceptional site in the heart of the countryside!
Children can enjoy fishing on the second 1000m² landscaped lake (roach, carp)..... beware: it bites!
The gîte is located very close to the small town of Craon. It offers all services and shops. You won't want to miss its historic centre. The Robert Tatin open-air museum is even more impressive - a change of scenery guaranteed!
The gîte has 3 bedrooms.
Out and about: the La Rincerie leisure centre is 8 km away, offering swimming and a wake park. In Craon: aquatic complex with spa.
With a fishing licence, you can go to the river l'Usure (300m) or the Base de loisirs de la Rincerie.
The natural swimming pool (240 m²) is open from mid-April to mid-October (weather permitting), unheated, 1.5m to 1.70m deep, 15m wide and 15m long. The pool is shared with a 2nd gîte and the owner's guests.
