GITE DES 2 PAT'

We arrived at La Goupilière farm in 1989. In 2019, this part of the farm will be renovated to accommodate the 2 Pat' gîte. We love entertaining and are passionate about our region.

The 2 Pat' gîte is rated 3 stars: a testament to the quality of the welcome, the comfort and the beauty of the property. In the heart of the Bocage Vendéen, the 2 Pat's gîte welcomes families all year round.
Furnished and decorated in a contemporary style, it offers 80 m² of living space. Sleeps 6 (maximum 8):
- A large 35 m² living room (sofa bed, flat-screen TV with DVD player -Children's area with games and books ).
- The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer).
- WC on the ground floor - washing machine and built-in extractor fan.
Upstairs: The 2 attic bedrooms each have a private shower room and WC.
Garden: A lean-to shelters the 8-person garden furniture set with a plancha.
Set out on the lawn, the wooden pallet lounge is ideal for relaxing. The petanque court invites you to have a good time with friends or family. Access to the meadow of the former farm.
Private parking, semi-detached house with separate entrance not overlooked. Pets are welcome outside the rooms.
Last-minute stay? Everything is ready. Beds are made, towels and household linen as well as some breakfast products.

Absolute peace and quiet can be found during pleasant walks along the footpaths of the Pays de Pouzauges and the Sèvre Nantaise. They will lead you to the rich architectural heritage. We live on site and will be happy to advise you on your walks and good places to discover.
