Situated at the crossroads of Saumur, Angers and La Flèche, this pretty, comfortable 2-bedroom gîte sleeps 4.

In a peaceful setting, in the countryside with a beautiful view over the fields, come and stay at the Turpaudière gîte for a rejuvenating break. This cosy, comfortable 60m² house dating from 1850 is ideal for couples, friends or families.

2 bedrooms on one level with bathroom and toilet. Bright, air-conditioned living room upstairs.

Outside, there are lovely uninterrupted views over the countryside with green areas, garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.

Ground floor: two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed (one of which can offer 2 separate 80x200cm beds on request), bathroom with vanity unit, bath, shower and wc.

Upstairs is a lovely, bright and cosy living room with sitting area and television, dining area for 4 people, and fully equipped kitchen.

This comfortable accommodation has an air-conditioned floor, beds made up on arrival and towels provided.

Places to visit during your stay in the Baugeois region:
Baugé-en-Anjou, 8 minutes away, has all the shops and services you need. It's also a town steeped in history, with its 15th-century castle and very well-preserved 17th-century apothecary. For family fun, the Etang de Malagué, 15 minutes away, offers swimming, picnic areas and walks. You can also visit La Flèche zoo, 25 minutes away. The Vélobuissonnière cycle route is just 3km away, offering walking and cycling opportunities in the direction of Saumur to the south and Le Mans to the north.

Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €50. Unsecured pool on the property. Fibre optic internet connection. Video surveillance camera at the entrance to the property. On-site private car park secured by a gate. One entrance leads to the owner's house and the other to the gîte. The owners also live on site and will be delighted to welcome you. The gîte is not suitable for PRMs due to the upstairs living areas.
