Set amidst the vineyards of the Nantes vineyards, this house is ideally located between Nantes, Cholet and the Puy du Fou. This small 30 m² single-storey house, adjoining the owners' home, opens onto a bright living room with sofa and television, a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer) and dining area. The bedroom (7.50m²) has a 140x190cm double bed and storage space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC.
Coming in summer? Take advantage of the private terrace for barbecues and aperitifs with friends or family.

Numerous hiking trails await you in the heart of the vineyards. The owners will be delighted to advise you on the region's wines and cellar visits.
