Gîte au Soleil Levant

Au soleil levant, a new gîte for 8 people in the Anjou countryside.

After opening our first gîte, Aux 3 ruisseaux, in 2021, we are opening our 2nd gîte, Au soleil levant, in 2025. Located next door to the first gîte, but each with its own privacy, this brand-new gîte has been completely renovated over an 18-month period. The gîte sleeps 8 people and has PRM access.
With a surface area of 110 m², the gîte comprises on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a double bedroom, a shower room with WC and a storage room under the stairs; on the first floor: 2 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 quadruple), 1 shower room and 1 WC.
Each bedroom has air conditioning and a TV.
The gîte is very well equipped: washing machine, tumble dryer, baby equipment, dishwasher. Board games and outdoor games available. WiFi access.
Fully enclosed 600 m² garden and large east-facing terrace.
Beds made on arrival, bathroom and household linen, end-of-stay cleaning included.
All shops available 7 km away.
