It comprises a living room/kitchen (wood-burning stove), 2 bedrooms (3 single beds, 2 of which can be twinned) (1 double bed), a shower room and a WC. Wifi internet access. Private area of 200 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Shared property: children's play area (swing set). Possibility of fishing in private pond 500 m away. Spa (by reservation/open from 10am to 8pm) to be shared between the 2 gîtes: 5 places including 1 lying down, water at 37°C, 57 massage jets under cover in a veranda.
