You'll be just 12 minutes from Chemillé-en-Anjou and its famous Camifolia garden, dedicated to medicinal and aromatic plants, as well as numerous shops and services. Its central location, around 40 minutes from Angers, Saumur and Cholet, means you can take full advantage of the region's major tourist attractions: Terra Botanica, the Parc Oriental in Maulévrier, the châteaux of Angers, Saumur and Serrant, the UNESCO World Heritage Loire Valley, the Layon and Saumur vineyards and the Doué-la-Fontaine Biopark.

Entirely on one level, the gîte opens onto a large, bright living room with a convivial lounge opening onto the terrace and a comfortable dining area, semi-open onto a fully-equipped kitchen. The whole space has been designed for sharing warm moments with family and friends.

The first bedroom, with a 160x200 cm bed, has its own private shower room with shower, double washbasin and WC. The second bedroom has a 140x190 cm bed and a dressing area. Both have direct access to the terrace via French windows. A third bedroom, ideal for children, also has a 140x190 cm bed and plenty of toys. A separate bathroom with vanity unit and large corner bath completes the sleeping area, as does a separate WC. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is accessible from the kitchen.

Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant garden with views of the Château de Valanjou. The lawn invites you to play and relax, while the fully enclosed grounds allow children to play in complete safety. Leisure facilities include garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, table tennis, sandpit and slide. Baby facilities include a cot, high chair and bath.
