The gîte is open all year round. It sleeps 4 to 6 people and is ideally situated for exploring the region between Angers and Saumur. From one river to another, from one town to another, welcome to Anjou!

10 minutes from the Doué-la-Fontaine Biopark, family gîte for 4 people.

Just 30 minutes from Angers and Saumur, this gîte is ideally situated for exploring the Anjou region, with its wine estates, troglodyte caves and the banks of the Loire just 15 minutes away. As a family, you can visit the Doué biopark, the Terra Botanica plant park in Angers or the troglodyte village of Louresse Rochemenier. In summer, make the most of the Grézillé lake and its beach, 10 minutes from the gîte (supervised swimming in summer, play areas and picnic tables).

Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (4 ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and pod coffee maker, etc.), dining area and lounge with television and BZ sofa (extra bed), separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a shower room.

Opposite the house, on the other side of the road: private, shady 350m² garden with garden furniture, barbecue, swing and slide for children.

Local shops 2.5km away and supermarket 12km.
