Just a few minutes from Le Mans and the famous 24 Hours race circuit, Domaine de Toukalya**** opens its doors to you in the heart of the Sarthe countryside. Nestling in 17 hectares of unspoilt meadows and woodland, the Domaine offers a natural setting conducive to rest, conviviality and get-togethers.

The large, charming gîte can accommodate up to 15 people in an old building that has been carefully renovated to combine authenticity and modern comfort. Spread over 300 m², the 6 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, allow everyone to enjoy their own space and privacy. In season, or for larger groups, the capacity can be extended to 22 beds thanks to additional accommodation.

Designed with sharing in mind, the gîte boasts spacious living areas: a large, fully-equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, a cosy dining room with a fireplace, a convivial lounge, a bar, table football, a piano and games, as well as several quiet areas for relaxing or teleworking.

The Domaine also has a separate function room for up to 50 people, which can be booked in advance. It's perfect for organising a birthday party, a cousin's day, a seminar, a wellness retreat or an intimate wedding, all in a simple, elegant style.

Outside, everything invites you to enjoy the fresh air: heated swimming pool in season, large terrace with barbecue, petanque, volleyball and table tennis courts, and plenty of space to stroll, play or simply savour the surrounding peace and quiet.
