Domaine de La Masselière

Ideally located just 10 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and 30 minutes from the 24 Hours race circuit, the Domaine de la Masselière gîte has been designed as a large family home, ideal for relaxing and socialising. Every room has plenty of light and space.
As an outbuilding of the Château de La Masselière and a former boarding school for an IME, the gîte has kept the imprint of the furnishings used when it was a school, while adding a touch dedicated to the history of French industry. The owners, a couple with a passion for the history of brands and made in France, have taken advantage of all these spaces to exhibit a few items from their collection.
Ground floor: entrance hall, large dining/living room, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room (large Italian shower, double washbasin). 1 separate WC. 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Open-plan living area with 1 x 80cm bed and 1 x 80cm pull-out bed.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 90cm bunk beds with en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin) and 1 separate WC. 1 large communal shower room with 6 washbasins, 2 separate showers with washbasins. 1 separate WC. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom (1 shower and washbasin).
Beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning included.
Compulsory heating supplement from 15 October to 15 April: €18/day.
