Welcome to the Gîte de Chantevigne, a warm and comfortable holiday rental ideal for families. Our wine-tourism gîte in the heart of our vineyards welcomes you all year round: a charming house full of character built of local stone.

Enjoy a private outdoor area with an above-ground wooden swimming pool reserved exclusively for guests of the gîte (width: 4.50m - length: 5m - depth: 1.20m - unheated). There are two courtyards where you can enjoy the sunny days with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers, as well as a sheltered area where you can play table tennis and table football.
The garden (150m²) and courtyard (200m²) are fully enclosed by walls.


Available on the ground floor:
- Dining room and lounge with wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV and DVD player
- Fitted and equipped kitchen (classic filter coffee machine + Senséo)
- Bedroom 1: 'Sonatine' with 1 x 140cm bed and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC with washbasin

On the first floor:
- bedroom 2: 'Rouge et Loire' with 3 beds 90cm
- bedroom 3: 'Symphonie' with 1 bed 160cm
- bedroom 4: 'Douceur Angevine' 1 bed 180cm (or 2 beds 90cm)
- Bathroom with large shower and double washbasin unit
- Separate WC with washbasin.


During your stay, discover the owners' wine estate "Le Moulin de l'Horizon". By prior arrangement and at half price, you can take an unusual tour of our cellars and go behind the scenes with the Chti winemakers.
This seasonal rental, close to Doué la Fontaine (15 minutes away), will enable you to discover the surrounding countryside and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Visit the medieval village of Montreuil Bellay 8 minutes away, Saumur 20 minutes, spend a day at the Center Parc "Les Bois aux Daims" 20 minutes away...

Cleaning included in the price for stays of 1 to 3 nights.
Additional charge: electricity consumption over 15kw per day. Enclosed parking possible for 3 vehicles. Internet connection with box. Baby equipment available: high chair, cot, bath. Electric heating.
