85m² single-storey gîte, located in the hamlet of Recouvrance in Allonnes, with easy access from main roads, near another gîte, the Gîte Alouette. All the gîtes can be rented for groups of up to 11 people.

Ideally located just 12km from Saumur town centre, come and stay in this independent, tufa stone house on one level (access for people with mobility difficulties), close to the owners' home.

All on the ground floor, you'll find :
- a 45m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge (TV with satellite)
- a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed,
- a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), separable into two 80x200 beds, and a 90x190 bed.
- a shower room (shower, two basins) and separate WC
- a linen room

Outside, the private terrace awaits you for sharing meals, (picnic table, barbecue, awning). Also enjoy the outdoor space of over 400m² to be shared with a second gîte: lawn, swing, football goal, trampoline, table tennis table... Enclosed grounds with trees.
A library and table football are also available on request.
Additional charges: Electricity consumption in excess of 8 kwh per day (current EDF rate), electric heating.
