A wonderful stay awaits you in this detached house located in the Parc de Lathan, in the Baugeois region, a listed historic monument. This gîte is ideal for families or groups of friends. A host of tourist attractions are within easy reach: Le Lude château (22 mins), La Flèche zoo (30 mins), Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir (30 mins) and the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud (41 mins). More interested in cultural outings? The Baugé opera house, open in July and August, is 26 minutes away. The Festival d'Anjou and its performances at the Château de Baugé are 25 minutes away. Lac de Rillé and its many activities (accrobranche, paddle, pedalo, canoeing, wakeboarding, minigolf and cycling/walking) are 9 minutes away.

- A bedroom with a 90 cm X 190 cm bed (and a second bed that can be used as an extra bed)
- A bathroom with bath and WC

The second, located in the kitchen, distributes :
- A bedroom with 3 beds 90 cm X 190 cm
- A bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm X 190 cm
- A bathroom with bath and WC

This beautiful property has its own private, unfenced garden. Barbecue, garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs are available for pleasant outdoor meals.

The rental price includes Wi-Fi internet connection and electricity. Extra charge: oil-fired heating (€20 per day).
