Do you like peace and quiet and nature? Do you dream of being woken by birdsong or dining on the terrace under the stars? Our gîte awaits you, at the end of our farmhouse, in the heart of a hazelnut grove where you may come across squirrels, roe deer or pheasants... In winter you can enjoy a good book by the fireplace, and from 15 June to 15 September you can relax by our heated, uncovered swimming pool (from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 6.30pm, our guests are welcome to use the pool, provided they wear a bathing cap). Children will love the wooded area, the games room and the bikes available for family outings. If you're keen to explore... hiking trails, fishing, La Flèche Zoo and châteaux are all on offer.
With family or friends, you'll find yourself facing the vegetable garden in the large living room with open-plan kitchen. Still on the ground floor, adjoining a separate toilet, the master bedroom with its private shower room (Italian shower) opens onto the hazelnut grove and for your comfort you will find 1 king-size bed (or 2 single beds 90/200 depending on your choice).
You must wear a swimming cap when using the pool.
As in a second flat, children can move upstairs to a bright bedroom with 3 beds (90/190), a mezzanine (1 bed 90/190 and a cot) with a reading area, a large shower room and separate WC.
Available: WIFI, baby equipment, wood for the fireplace, NOT INCLUDED: tourist tax and OPTIONAL: bed linen (€8/bed), towels/household (€7/person), cleaning charge (€60).
