Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, etc.) with dining area and lounge area including a 2-seater sofa bed (140 cm wide). Upstairs, a small children's bedroom with 1 single bed (90x160) perched on the mezzanine overlooking the large adult bedroom, with its double bed (160x200). 1 large downstairs shower room under the mezzanine, with shower, double washbasin, WC, heated towel rail and washing machine.
