120 m² vintage gîte, located in the hamlet of Recouvrance in Allonnes, within easy reach of the main roads, adjoining the owners' gîte and close to another gîte, the Gîte Bergeronnette. Groups of up to 11 people can rent the whole property.

Situated 11km from Saumur town centre, this 120m² semi-detached house offers a rustic setting for your stay.

This spacious holiday rental (120m²) will enable you to enjoy a stay close to the activities of the Saumur and Loire regions, which are just 10 minutes from the gîte.

On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a large 50m² living room with sofa bed, armchairs, 4K television with a wide choice of free satellite channels, a large dining area and a fireplace with wood-burning stove.

1/2 floor: a small 8m² bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, shower room with large shower and two basins, separate WC.
1st floor: a 9m² bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), which can be converted into two separate 90x200 beds + cot, a mezzanine with a changing table and a games and relaxation area (extra bed available) and a third sleeping area in a small attic room with a 140x190cm bed accessible through a low 1.30m door (14m² on the floor and 5m² at a height of 1.80m).

Extra charge: Electricity consumption over 8kwh/day. Wood for the fireplace (€6 per basket).

Outside, the private terrace awaits you for sharing meals (picnic table, barbecue, parasol). A small driveway leads to the outdoor area of over 400m², which can be shared with a second gîte: lawn, swing, football goal, trampoline, table tennis table, etc. Enclosed grounds with trees.
A library and table football are also available on request.
Parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway adjoining the gîte (gate).
