In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your holidays in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor swimming pool open from April to the end of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, laundry room (washing machine/dryer).
This new 46 m2 flat, located on the 1st floor facing the courtyard, sleeps 2/4 people.
It comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and dressing room, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
It also has a 26.50m2 living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge area with sofa bed for 2 people and flat-screen TV. There is also a 17m2 balcony with garden furniture and a private parking space. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
A private parking space for one vehicle per flat is available free of charge. No visitor parking available. Low-speed Wi-Fi access is also available. A 4G box is available for hire (€40/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) available on reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning to be carried out by tenants.
