This seaside villa called "Le Mistral" is typical of the Corniche Vendéenne. It is an integral part of the Saint Gilles Croix de Vie landscape. Located opposite Boisvinet beach and its sailing club, and close to the shops and markets of Croix de Vie, you can do everything on foot. The property has been renovated while retaining its original charm and authenticity. The large living room offers magnificent ocean views, as do the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is separate and well-equipped. A master bedroom on the ground floor has its own shower room. Upstairs, the 4th and 5th bedrooms are ideal for children. A parking space for one vehicle is available on the property, but limited to small vehicles.

Beds will be made before your arrival, towels will be provided and cleaning on departure is included.
