Looking for peace and quiet? Then La longère angevine is just the place for you! Situated in an old farmhouse in the heart of the vineyards at Juigné-sur-Loire, between the Loire and the slate, and just 12 minutes from Angers town centre, this bed and breakfast is the ideal place to stay for a couple or a family, or for a business trip (Angers Exhibition Centre 15 minutes away).

Many of Anjou's tourist attractions are close by: the Château de Brissac is 8 minutes away, the Château d'Angers is 20 minutes away, the Terra Botanica plant park in Angers is 18 minutes away and the Bioparc de Doué la Fontaine is 25 minutes away. If you enjoy walking, cycling, canoeing, horse-riding or golf, all these activities are within easy reach of the B&B.

Located on the first floor of the owners' house, the 70m² accommodation is completely independent, with private outside access via a beautiful slate staircase. Once you've passed the front door, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, sink, toaster, Senseo coffee machine and everything else you need for cooking) on your right in an enclosed room.

A few steps up will take you to the light-filled living room with dining table and seating area with sofa bed and armchair. Depending on your needs, this area can accommodate two single beds or a double bed, with quality bedding. A microwave, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities are also available.

From the living room, you can access the corridor, which serves as an office area with a library and children's games, and leads to :
- a shower room with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer and WC
- a large, beautiful 30m² bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed

For your convenience, WIFI access (fibre) is free.

Breakfast is served in a basket in your room. In fine weather (June to September, depending on the weather), you will have access to a heated swimming pool and an outdoor lounge with deckchairs and a hammock. The swing and trampoline will delight the little ones. Bicycles are available, ideal for exploring the surrounding area.

Covered parking on the property, with space for 1 car or a camper van. There is also a shed where you can leave your bikes safely sheltered.
