This fully-renovated 19th-century barn in our farmhouse welcomes you to relax and unwind between Cholet and Nantes.

This charming barn, recently renovated to combine authenticity (exposed stonework, beams, etc.) with all modern comforts, offers 5 guest rooms with modern, refined decor. Ideally situated in the countryside, we welcome you to stay with your partner, family or friends (room hire and rental of the whole building possible).

The barn has 5 large bedrooms (between 30 and 37 m²). All have private bathrooms. There is one bedroom for 2 (1 queen-size bed), three bedrooms for 3 (one queen-size bed and one single bed) and one bedroom for 4 (one queen-size bed and two single beds, in two separate areas). The barn can accommodate up to 15 people in normal configuration and up to 17 people with the addition of extra beds.

The large living area (over 90m²) is fully equipped (kitchen, large dining area, TV lounge, etc.). It's the perfect place to share warm, friendly moments. From the living room, you have access to a large terrace with everything you need (tables, chairs, outdoor sofas, parasols, etc.) to make the most of the fine weather.

To complete your stay, you'll have access to the heated indoor swimming pool.

For larger groups, there is another 16-person gîte in the farmhouse.
